The founder of Comcast Cable, Ralph Roberts has died. 

"Ralph was a remarkable man who touched the lives of so many people," the family said in a statement. 

Ralph's son Brian is now the CEO of Comcast which is also the parent company of NBC.

Ralph's funeral will be between 9am and Noon, or could be between 1pm and 4.
