WTF?!

WCCO Weatherman Matt Brickman did his forecast this morning wearing a cape. Either that, or he rushed to the set while getting his haircut. 

Update: WCCO Anchor Jason DeRusha tells us that Brickman's cape was for a good cause. It was for Superhero Day for the local Children's Hospital.

He may or have may not also been getting a haircut.
