Fox Television insiders are telling FTVLive that the budget axe is making its way to Texas.

Sources say that cuts and hiring freezes are about to go down at Fox O&O KRIV in Houston.

Look for some cuts that could start at the top and work their way down.

No word if other Fox O&O's are looking at the same fate, but KRIV is defiantly on the list.
