Sources tell FTVLive that it isn't taking long for newly hired News Director Margaret Cronan to start making changes at CBS’ KYW in Philly.

Newsroom sources say one of her first priorities is to make changes in the Producer ranks.  The first casualty was the special projects producer, who is out the door. Sources tell FTVLive that more changes are coming in that area. 

Also, in an somewhat odd move, Jim Donovan (pictured), KYW’s consumer reporter since 2004, is headed to the anchor desk. Donovan will be anchoring the morning show. 

Newsroom sources say his anchoring experience is very limited, so this is going down as quite a promotion for the 4th largest market.
