We can say that the Meredith duopoly in Phoenix is now official.

As we told you quite some time ago, Meredith now owns KTVK and KPHO in the Valley of the Sun, but we know that it is finally a done deal.

We know this because the station now has their logo on both sides of their promo water bottles.
