Today Show host Matt Lauer just sent out this tweet: 

It seems that a man with a knife attempted to harm himself. Police were able to get the man under control and have him in custody.

Luckily cops are on stand by at The Today Show to make sure Ann Curry doesn't try to make her way onto the set.
