Gray’s WCTV (Tallahassee) was doing a story on a woman that mistreated dogs and was arrested.

The station sent Reporter Abraiya Ruffin to go live from the Tallahassee Service Center.

I don’t know, but there had to be a better angle of the building, than one that was blocked by port-o-potties.

At one point, Ruffin moved out of the shot to give viewers a better view of the crappers.

Isn’t anyone at the station showing these kids how to frame a shot?
