Going Topless in Tampa

A Reporter for WISC (Madison) decided to end 2023 by going topless while in Florida.

Now, before you get too excited……scroll down.

WISC’s Zach Hanley was covering a bowl game in Tampa, and I guess he thought when in Florida, you ditch the shirt.

As someone that has lived in the Sunshine state for years, I can assure Zach, you can keep the shirt on.

No one wants to see that.
