BriWi is At in Again...

When it comes to News Anchors that can be trusted, I’m not sure Brian Williams is near the top of anyone’s list.

Williams was suspended and demoted from his anchor job at NBC Nightly News for telling tall tales and trying to add himself into stories that many say he made up.

During his coverage of Hurricane Katrina, Williams said we watched bodies float by him in the streets. He claimed he witnessed a suicide at the Superdome in New Orleans and lastly he claimed that gangs had "overrun" a posh Ritz-Carlton where he stayed during Katrina. This, despite the fact that a number of people said that no gangs infiltrated the Ritz-Carlton.

In the end, Williams was suspended and while many thought he should be fired, he was demoted to a late newscast on MSNBC.

You would think that after all that, Brian Williams would not mention his time in New Orleans covering Katrina again. But, there he was this week, on his MSNBC show, once again, making himself part of the story.

Williams claimed he was standing there when Army General Russel Honoré came rolling into New Orleans during Katrina.

Take a look:

Why does Williams feel the need to interject himself into yet another Katrina story?

Is his ego really that big?

Was he really standing there when General Russel Honoré came “rolling in”?

Many questions….

But, if I was Br1Wi’s boss, I would tell him to stick to reading the news, telling the story, and keep himself out of it.

It didn’t end well the last time.

Just saying…
