Tampa Reporter Jumps to Fox Business

WTSP Reporter Grady Trimble is leaving the Tegna station in Tampa and headed to the Fox Business Network.

Trimble joins FBN as a general assignment business reporter, announced Brian Jones, president of the network.

Starting July 22nd, Trimble will be based out of FBN’s Chicago bureau covering the auto industry, agriculture and commodities market along with breaking news.

Trimble spent the past 3 years in Tampa, he also worked at WLBZ in Bangor, Maine and later at WCSH in Portland, Maine.

A graduate of the University of North Florida, Trimble received his bachelor’s degree in communication in 2014.

He got his start in journalism as student working at Tegna’s First Coast News WTLV/WJXX (NBC) in Jacksonville, Florida where he made his on-air debut at age 19.
