At this point, whomever is not filing a lawsuit against Fox News, please raise you hand.
FTVLive told you that two Fox News employees that worked in the network's payroll division, had filed a lawsuit against Fox News.
Tichaona Brown, a payroll manager, and Tabrese Wright, a payroll coordinator, are suing Judith Slater, the company’s longtime comptroller (who was fired by FNC), Fox News, and its parent company, 21st Century Fox.
Well, now you can add Fox News credit collections manager Monica Douglas to the list as well.
In an amendment to the Brown, Wright lawsuit against FNC, Douglas has also been added to the lawsuit against Fox News.
Here is a portion of the amended complaint that talks about what Douglas said she endured while working at Fox News under Slater:
“The allegations in the amended complaint make clear that Fox, at the highest levels, was on notice of Ms. Slater’s racist conduct for years and unfortunately did nothing about it,” said
Douglas Wigdor and Jeanne Christensen, partners at Wigdor LLP in a statement to FTVLive.
