The Fox Business Network has done something that it has never done before.
In the ratings, FBN has won weeks before, but never every day of the week. They did that last week.
Fox Business Network scored its first-ever weekly win over CNBC in both total viewers and the demo, besting the competition every day of the week across the board, according to Nielsen Media Research.
During a week of major breaking business news, including the Snapchat IPO and the Dow Jones Industrial Average breaking 21,000, FBN averaged 221,000 total viewers, a 23 percent advantage over CNBC’s 180,000 total viewers during Business Day.
In the demo, FBN saw a 35 percent win over CNBC with 35,000 in the demo vs. CNBC’s 26,000.
