Gone Just Like That....
/Midnight struck, the ball dropped and the fireworks were just getting started.
But, DirecTV viewers in Boston got screwed just as the New Year started.
WCVB pulled the plug on DirecTV just seconds after the ball dropped.
WCVB is owned by Hearst and it along with other Hearst stations have been pulled from DirecTV while the two sides fight over who is going to pad their pockets more.
In the end, the Hearst stations will return to DirecTV, no one will say what they agreed on and eventually your DirecTV bill will go up again as these two large companies laugh all the way to the bank.
