Signing off in Dallas

The Reporter that made news by shooting entire shows on his iPhone is signing off from his Dallas station.

Word is that WFAA Reporter Mike Castellucci is  taking a college teaching position in Michigan and getting out of TV news. So far, the station or Castellucci  are not talking, but Ed Bark reports that he's leaving.

This is his second go around at the station. He first joined WFAA in 2003 and spent five years at the station before leaving for San Diego’s KUSI-TV in 2008.

He returned to WFFA in the summer of 2013 and began co-hosting the homegrown Good Morning Texas program. Earlier this year, he stepped away from GMT and returned full-time to the reporting staff.
