Miami Reporter Covering Pope Story Gets Very Personal

WPLG Anchor Victor Oquendo was sent to Havana to cover Pope Francis' visit, but before the Pop even got there the story took a very personal turn.

While both of Oquendo's parents were born in Cuba (his father in Santiago and his mother in Havana), few members of their family still live there. He arrived in Havana with the address where his mother's godmother lived during the 1950's. Turns out, she still lives there.

Oquendo stopped by with camera rolling.
