ABC's Diane Sawyer's Bruce Jenner interview is coming up this week.

You may remember that GLAAD warned Journalists not to jump the gun on the details of the Jenner interview and said it might not have anything to do with Jenner transitioning from a man to a woman.

Of course everyone knows that is exactly what the interview is about. Just in case there was any doubt at all, Jenner was photographed outside his house wearing a dress and smoking a cigarette. 

Totally disgusting. Not the dress mind you, but the cigarette. How can anyone smoke anymore?
