Former WCBS Anchor Rob Morrison's case is headed back to court this morning.

Morrison was arrested and then fired....errr... resigned after police arrested him for choking his wife (CBS Marketwatch Anchor Ashley Morrison).

Sincehis arrest, the court has allowed Morrison to talk to Ashley, but he is not allowed to operate a vehicle with his young son in the car.

Initially Morrison was ordered to have no contact with his wife, but court records indicated he can email, text message or call her. He cannot, however, initiate more than one call per day, according to the judge’s decision.

If convicted, he faces more than six years in prison and fines of over $7,000.
