Morrison was busted by Cops after they say he choked his wife, CBS Anchor Ashley Morrison.

Morrison is scheduled to appear in court Today on charges of second-degree strangulation, second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

FTVLive reached out to WCBS for a comment:

"Because this is a personal matter, WCBS is declining to comment and we are referring all calls to Rob Morrison's representative Robert Skovgaard," said WCBS Communications Director Rachel Ferguson

Here is the statement released by the attorney on behalf of the Morrison's:

"Rob and Ashley Morrison are cooperating fully with the authorities to insure that all of the information necessary to properly evaluate this unfortunate incident is made available. The Morrisons are confident that a full review of this matter will show that the allegations have been greatly exaggerated. While this matter is being addressed, Rob and Ashley hope that their family's privacy will be respected."
