KAAL in Rochester, MN did a story on a woman named Heather Holmes who is running for Rochester City Council. 

So what's the big deal? 

Well, Holmes is married to KAAL News Director David Springer and the station made no mention of that fact in the story on air, nor in the story online. 

Won't Journalism 101 tell you that is fact you should disclose?
