Life After News in the Ring

According to President Trump the media is just a bunch of "Fake News."

If you are sick of working in "Fake News" and want to try something different, the next step seems like "Fake Wrestling."

Charly Arnolt was a Reporter at stations like WTTG, WSAZ, and WDAF.

But now she has left TV news for the ring.

She now uses the name Charlie Caruso and she works for wrestling's WWE as a interviewer.

Her most recent job before being hired by the WWE was as a weekend sports anchor for WXIN in Indianapolis, Indiana. While she focused on sports for that station, she had previously functioned as a general assignment reporter for other news channels.

She landed the job at the WWE back in 2016 and she seemed excited to be getting out of TV news. When she got the wrestling gig, she posted this to Facebook, “As of a couple days ago, I am now living in Orlando because I have accepted a hosting job with the WWE! This is a huge step in my career and I am beyond excited to get started this coming Monday.”

Now, Arnolt....errrrrrr..... Caruso is part of the fake world of wrestling. Almost every week on Monday Night Raw, WWE superstars are interviewed backstage by Caruso, and the wrestlers tend to ignore the her questions, cut her off, talk over her, or actively insult her.

WWE wrestling star Alexa Bliss in particular has been getting into arguments during these interviews with Caruso, saying, “No one cares what you think. That’s why you’re holding a microphone and I’m holding the Raw Women’s Championship.”

In other words, it's just the same as her days as a TV Reporter.

But, we bet it pays a bit better.

Just saying.....
