Megyn Kelly Shows up at Upfronts

Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly made her official appearance for NBC at the upfronts yesterday.

Kelly was introduced by Matt Lauer, who said Kelly is someone “who shares our values.”

Huh?

Kelly said that she was “psyched” and “so honored” to be joining the team. Then she worked in a plug for her book.

“We’re a family at NBC News,” Lauer said, before adding “Sometimes, it feels a little dysfunctional.” 

Maybe the truest words Lauer has ever spoken.
