Headed to Tucson?

Yesterday, FTVLive FIRST told you that Scripps had parted ways with KGUN (Tucson) News Director Tom Burke.

Burke had been with the Scripps station since 2013.

Now, sources are telling FTVLive, who is the favorite to replace Burke at KGUN?

Sources say that Leeza Glazier Starks from Scripps owned KERO (Bakersfield) is the odds on favorite to get the job. Starks has only been at KERO just over a year, but sources say Scripps is ready to move her up.

Starks had pitched for the job at Scripps' Tulsa station KJRH and was a finalist, before the job was given to Warren Stewart (also reported FIRST by FTVLive).

Now, it appears that Starks could be packing her bags for Tucson.

Stay tuned.....
