News Director is Walked Out the Door at Scripps Station

It appears that Scripps is trying to get KJRH in Tulsa back on track and has finished cleaning house. 

Back in October, FTVLive told you that the station parted ways with General Manager Donna Wilson. At the time Wilson was sacked, FTVLive wrote, "With Wilson out the door, could News Director Mike McCardel and Assistant ND Tami Marler be far behind?"

The answer to that question was "No". Marler got whacked in January and last night News Director Mike McCardel was escorted from the building and a staff meeting was called after the 6PM newscast. 

In December, FTVLive told you that the station had hired Amy Calvert as the new GM and it appears that Calvert is cleaning up a very big mess at the station.
