During Monday morning's conference call, ABC News President James Goldston went off on the staff about the erroneous report by ABC Correspondent Brian Ross.

"This is not acceptable. It's not acceptable. And we will all pay the price for a long time," Goldston told the staff.

He then said something that FTVLive has been preaching for years. "And the thing that just kills me about this is all we had to do was wait. We had to wait a few minutes."

How many times has FTVLive talked about being right as much more important than being first?

ABC Suspended Ross for 4 weeks and word is that when (if) he returns he will no longer be allowed to cover stories involving President Trump.

As FTVLive wrote on Sunday, the suspension will last 4 weeks, the hit his credibility will likely last much longer.

Don't be surprised if ABC decides to cut ties with Ross before his suspension is up.
