Did Geraldo Wimp Out?

Did Geraldo Rivera get scared....or threaten?
After the Donald Trump/ Billy Bush video came out, Rivera went on Fox News The Five and said, “I have interviewed Donald Trump many times and been with him many times, and I have tapes. My brother and I have been starting to go through the tapes now and there are statements that, in the context of the current climate, would be embarrassing..."
But, then all of the sudden, Geraldo backed off and did so quite quickly. He tweeted out:
Now Geraldo is known for having a very good memory. So, how did he say very confidently that he had video of Trump saying things and then all of the sudden he doesn't?
Did Fox News, which heavily supports Trump from morning to night tell Rivera to back off? Did Geraldo see what was happening to Billy Bush and get scared by some of the things he said on the tapes? Did Trump threaten a lawsuit? Or was Geraldo afraid that his past with women was going to be brought up?
Many questions, with no answers.
Call us cynical, but the answer he did give, we don't believe.
