The site is a must read for
anyone that works or wants to work in TV News.
The person behind FTVLive.com is
Scott Jones. Scott spent 20+ years in the TV News trenches,
before leaving TV for the online world.
Scott's a former News Director, Executive Producer,
Producer, Assignment Editor, Reporter and Photographer.
FTVLive is based just outside Jacksonville, Florida and has been
quoted and mentioned in major newspapers, magazines, radio and
TV news and entertainment shows.
FTVLive was the first media outlet in the
World to break the Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien,
NBC story.
FTVLive was also one of the first sites in the
entire country to do Podcasts (before they were even called
Podcast) and has been ahead of the curve when it comes to using
Internet technology.
Scott does all his work on Apple products. His
desktop computer is a 27" iMac, a 24" iMac, his laptop is a MacBook Air and
he uses the Apple iPad to stay connected to the news.
